I reached out to the firm based on the reviews of Scott Candoo hoping he could help me with my very complicated child custody/abuse case. I was looking for someone with experience, knowledge, professionalism, and the drive to help my child be safe. Lindsey took the case over and exceeded all expect...ations! She fought for my son like he was a member of her own family. She was upfront and honest about possible outcomes and what she needed from me throughout the proceedings and didn’t stop fighting until the case was done. She has a real passion for her clients and it shows I her work! I would recommend her to anyone needing legal representation.

Lindsey really cares about her clients but she kept questioning me about why my ex husband would not tell the truth, follow rules or court orders. I told her this is why I am here. She was not prepared for the sneakiness of the opposition. A week before my divorce was final, my ex husband took... $11,000 out of a joint line of credit that should have been closed. When I paid it off out of a joint account she was upset with me. She offered no solution so I found one with the bank. She was more upset with me for taking money out of an account than concerned for my financial well being. During the negotiation I asked for a provision to make sure the decree was followed by my ex husband. Lindsey was naively dismissive of my concern. “There will be a court order.” Seven months later I have done everything required in the decree and my ex husband informed me he has done everything he needs to do. He however has not including taking $9000 from me that was designated to pay a bill he now refuses to pay. She has offered no support. I am having to file my own motion for decree enforcement because she did not take my concern seriously during the proceedings. She assumed that all people follow the law. I would not recommend using Lindsey. She offers a lot of advice but has a very narrow scope of listening. If you are not in her box she will not be able assist you effectively.
