Howard Comfort III

I was a client of Mr. Howard Comfort III, on a matter involving driving. He did an excellent job representing me and was successful at getting my charges dropped to a much lesser charge. Mr. Comfort always took the time to take my calls, and was patient with me, answering my questions and concerns.... He helped me to get this unfortunate incident dealt with quickly, and with minimal penalty and court fees and even more importantly fought to keep my driving record from having unfavorable charges that would have hurt me in my future endeavors. I was extremely happy and satisfied with his professional abilities and knowledge handling my case. It’s hard to find a professional that will accept a payment plan, especially for a situation such as this, however Mr. Comfort was understanding and considerate and allowed me to make a smaller retainer fee with scheduled monthly payments to pay off the balance. He was a godsend! I would highly recommend Mr. Comfort to any and all prospective clients as I know firsthand that he does an outstanding job and deserves and enjoys the respect of the entire Legal Community as well as his Clients. Howard charged us an exorbitant amount for doing nothing, but making our case worse. The two times we were in court he showed up late, once over an hour straight out of the shower with wet hair. He did not argue the points of the case, did not keep us informed, and was impossible to reach. Do not use... Howard Comfort. He is not worth it. He will not represent you well and it will be nothing but a headache.

I utilized Mr. Comfort's services on a family law case involving custody and visitation of my daughter. My former attorney had overcharged me by many thousands of dollars and did more damage than good for my situation. Mr. Comfort came into a nightmare case and was able to turn things around and un...do some of the damage made by my prior attorney who had mis-advised me and overcharged me.

Howard, was very informative and I would recommend him. He is quite, but when he speaks it is not all good. He will say things to make the judge think twice about what the prosecuter says. I was looking at 15 years for drug possession with intent to sale and Howard got the case dropped by those dirty... police of Lakewood WA who go outside there territory to do a sting and then bust the wrong people and then plant stuff in innocent people's cars just to make the police force look good. I was very please with his ability to dig and pick apart the the prosecuting attorney. Good Job Howard.
