Eric B Maughan

Eric Maughn handles all of our family affairs. Unfortunately, it the past couple years he has had to handle several cases. One was a retraining order, third party custody and a divorce for another family member. He is honest and charges a fair amount for his time. Every time he us professional and ha...s one every case. He gets back to cliets immitiatly and tells the truth about your situation. He does not make false promises to get money. I don't know what we would do without him. If you want a good attorney that is not in it to take money and give false hope he is the one. I would not every hire anyone else.

I used him in a divorce case. I don't have anything horrible to say about him, but nothing spectacular. His retainer was reasonable. We settled my case and I moved on. I was very upset and wanted blood. I felt Eric could have been more aggressive. He just really didn't seem interested. But I have to ...say, that he was able to help me examine my motives, get past my emotion and see it for what is was and settle the case. It has been about 4 years since, and still I feel his advice to settle when we did was the right thing. However, I wouldn't use him again or recommend him. I much more prefer Jeffrey Cross who is the lead attorney in his office.
