WOW! It is such a relief to have someone do what they say they are going to do. I have dealt with several attorneys and have never got one to do what I was expecting them to do until I met Eric Maughan. I have hired him on two occasions to defend my son. The first time my son got in trouble he wa...s 15. The court wanted to try him as an adult. I thank God that Eric was there because he got the best possible results we could have wanted. And now again I called upon him and he again got us the best possible results. I am very thankful for Eric's honesty, and not sugar coating anything, or just telling me what I want to hear. Eric Maughan IS the only attorney I will call in any legal situation because of his legal experience in many areas. He’s straight forward unlike some that are looking to get paid. In my particular situation Eric fought hard for me with many custody battles. My ex wife tried to get CPS involved with f...alse accusations which is a different kind of court yet Eric was still there to help me along the way. Long story short, I have no restrictions from seeing my kids and the parenting plan that we fought so hard for is not affected.
