Torrone Law Firm was recommended by our previous law firm since Torrone Law specializes in complex CPS cases and unfortunately due to the time constraints I was not awarded the opportunity to properly vet Eric, Chris and the Torrone Law team. DaNae Ziegler is by far the worst paralegal I have ev...er worked with. She lacks all form of communication skills and tact. Update requests were sent to her via email with zero response, our phone calls were ignored unless I blocked my number. I am not certain what information was even facilitated to Eric. She had a long list of items that she verbally confirmed that she was working on for our case but it turns out that none were ever completed. She even had the audacity to say she never received my emails and phone calls. DaNae's complete lack of transparency, communication and professionalism is why we left the firm. Please, if you see her name come across your email quickly find new representation to save yourself both time and money. Chris and Eric were realistic attorneys and I believe if they had a decent Paralegal team behind them they would have the opportunity to be very successful. Their paralegal team is setting them up for failure by mismanaging their cases and providing a poor experience to their clients.

I have used Eric twice for DUI charges, he’s fantastic and caring. He was great with my mom who was more upset about the whole thing then I was. I would definitely use him again. Anyone leaving negative reviews its is probably just because they had something that was an obvious charge. He’s definitel...y someone who has your back but he’s not going to sugarcoat anything. He’s realistic.

Eric has been my lawyer for almost 9 years and has always been available if needed. He has helped me successfully navigate family court and the impending issues many times throughout the last 8 years. During one of the most difficult times of my life he was there to provide me straight and honest a...nswers as well as realistic possibilities. I was able to make the best choices for my family which allowed me to retain custody of my two small children and provide them with the life they need. As a father it was very important that I had honest answers and expectations so that I was not disappointed, He provided the hard work and advice which kept my family together and was always available for consultation throughout my proceedings. At no time did I feel that I was not getting top notch service or representation. Honest, aggressive, and realistic lawyers are hard to find but I'm glad that I did. Would recommend Eric to anyone who needs representation on any scale.
