This man does not engage in acts to defending or involves himself to defending any person expecially if in jail.The courts are to provide person who can not afford attorny the courts then appoint one for you ..This attorny craig gordon Kibbe the courts should be ashamed to have this man for any perso...n whom is in need of representation .The courts should not be able to conduct court proceeding unless can provide appropriate representation to any person with criminal charges against them .That kind of defense like those of Mr.Kibbe mite as well be your own representation cause thats what your gonna have to do with this court appointed attorney whom does nothing to defend he only want to work toward prosecute .what kind of representation is the courts giving Is playing games with peoples life.This is not funny .There should be some kind of law to this being done by the courts..Its faulty representation be used .Its wrong ..if the courts appoint this attorney just know you have no chance of getting the defense that is suppose to be on your side Cause he is not there for you he should of been a prosecuter...He does no kind of investigation to benefit your case .He just there to get paid for being present and he not reliable for that either.If he attorney to represent to defend just fyi. Goodluck better off representing to better defend yourself..He has done nothing for my man ..Ive done more work to investigating and aquiring paperwork which my boyfriend has rsquested from him has not given him none I have had to get copies and send to him which is the kind of attorney he is .I have done his job and I dont get paid the money that he is getting paid.He isnt doing his job duty and still gets paid ..How does that work..That just wrong That I have had to do his job cause he fails to...what is going on with are the justice system to fair and proper defense attorney to give right defense being thats what there suppose to be giving to the inmates or other ones in need .cause of being in a world of falling under low income to no income..that why there appointed attorney and let know that is to defend you to reprsent you by duties your suppose to recieve

I found Mr. Kibbbe to work more for the procecution than me, as his client. Failed on numerous occassions to return phone calls. Failed 1 time to show up at court, when asked why the response was "I had a more important case!" And he wants to be paid $1200 for what what? The procesutor was only sugge...sting 30 days I went to jail for 60. And you consider yourself a defense attorney?????
