Ben was fantastic. He hit all the general targets I expect as a client--professional, courteous, knowledgeable, dependable, but what really set him a part was the fact that he didn't sugarcoat my chances. To be brief--I was the victim of the cities' blind eye at repairing a serious danger in my nei...ghborhood. I suffered injury and lost my job. Now I know cases against the city are not easy to win. One has to know the law well and be quick on their feet.
