My wife and I are truly honored to write this review for Mr. Miller. He has been a true blessing since he first took our family custody case. He was willing to travel to a completely different county and help bring our family back together, he was a true professional inside and outside of the court... room, but what most surprised us!was how invested he was in helping us get our son back, we will always be grateful to Mr. Miller.

it is very rare that I will write a negative review but what I experienced this afternoon makes me question these positive ones. I was looking online for a free consultation someone who helped grandparents get custody of there grandchild when CPS is doing everything in their power to prevent it. I co...me across Bayly's ad it sounds just like what I'm looking for except when i.call and try to.explain what I'm looking for im greeted with constant interruptions and being told he can't represent me in court although I never once asked for representation I was attempting to get a few questions answered because CPS is telling me one thing but either not doing it what they say and or doing it in a way that os preventing me and now my 19 yr old adult from staying with one.of us the only family she has ever known and.has been with me almost everyday of her 3.4 yrs excluding maybe 15 days. He was so rude not letting me speak and just telling me over and over how he couldn't represent me. I finally told him thx for not hearing me and to try and have perhaps listen to the next person who called and in and that I would find help elsewhere. Hopefully i will be successful I'm afraid I will never see my granddaughter again.

I hired Mr. Miller to represent me in an out of state child custody trial. Initially I was only seeking visitations but at the last minute the circumstances of my case changed drastically. CPS found me guilty of medical negligence when my step daughter tried to overdose while I was out of state. These findings were based on misinformation and lack of information. The fact I was not even in the state was completely ignored. These findings limited my interactions with my son for the rest... of my life. This news was devastating. Mr. Miller was very thorough in the steps he took on gathering information and facts. We did not even have to go to trial because he presented all of the proof and depositions correctly. He gave me back my life!
