Alyssa Kaye Miller

Alyssa Forcella is a Lead Attorney at The Levey Law Group, known for her warmth and trusted leadership within the firm. Her calm, compassionate approach is especially well suited to family law, where clients often need both strong advocacy and a grounded, reassuring presence.

Alyssa was first drawn to family law through her work with a local Legal Aid Society, where she assisted individuals seeking Civil Protection Orders. She later represented youth in juvenile delinquency and dependency matters before expanding into the broader practice of family law, including divorce, adoption, guardianship, and custody matters.

With solid legal insight and a commitment to thorough research and factual precision, Alyssa works to protect her clients’ interests in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations. She recognizes that the people she represents often come to her during deeply personal and uncertain moments in their lives, and she strives to make the process feel clearer and more manageable.
