Alisa D Maples

In my experience, Maples was unprepared, disorganized, and slovenly. Her tone addressing the court seemed mocking, and she attempted to tamper with witnesses on the other side; which was never addressed, but that which damaged the trust between herself and the witnesses for her own case. I am confuse...d on how misconduct of this kind is allowed from her. She appeared to annoy the judge and the court's clerk.

As long as I kept up with my payments and kept my end of the bargain and came to understand she wasn't there to help me send my ex to hell I could clearly see the excellence and high competence in this member of the bar. She did me a favor by playing it straight and taking me to task on my own vindi...ctive behavior toward my spouse. She looked out for the best interest of the children when no one else had the emotional clarity to do so.

Poor communicator...changed her billing process midway through the case. Even started charging me for emails my ex was sending to her directly. Tried to charge me phone time for billing clarification. Her admin couldnt even spell my ex's last name and my last name the same in letters that were se...nt out and I had to correct the typos....had to physically go to her office to get her to talk to me. Should have terminated her after the first month. I will live with incompetience for the next 8 years...
