I contacted Mr Foskey about a copyright infringement complaint with no merit from a copyright mill…. Rather than state facts that - [a] copyright claims are the jurisdiction of the federal court with a minimum filing fee of 400 dollars [b] that the cost to litigate would run 10s of thousands of dolla...rs for a 900 dollar claim that they would have to prove damages and [c] they weren’t a legal firm and had no basis to threaten legal action, he told me to just pay them. In other words he was clueless on how to deal with such matters. Avoid him.
