Mr. Britton proved unreliable and lacked a clear strategy. An attorney should prioritize their client's interests, but Mr. Britton made promises to opposing counsel and set expectations without consulting us, which felt like a breach of trust. He often failed to read emails promptly and delayed actio...ns until the last minute. His poor service cost us significant damage. Our experience was highly disappointing, and we chose to end our engagement after discovering he withheld important information from the opposing party and shared details with them that caused us harm. We cannot recommend his services.

I have used Mr. Britton several times. He is easy to work with and will give you realistic expectations and not just what you want to hear. Mr. Britton help my parents get their Living Will and Medical Power of Attorney taken care of quickly. I feel that I can call Mr. Britton at anytime for advice a...nd services and I have. When I haven't been able to make it to his office he has made other arrangements to help me or allowed me to meet him after regular scheduled work hours. I am so glad to have met and used Mr. Brittons services. I just wish I could use him for all my legal needs.
