Puedo decir, por mi experiencia ella fue la única persona que ayudó a salir a mi hermana que fue detenida por 3 meses en tacoma por migración, la única persona que le habló con claridad y vio un caso fuerte ante un asilo verdadero con argumentos y pruebas fuertes. La representó y la sacó de ese lugar... aún, sabiendo que mi hermana tenía una salida voluntaria de hace años, con un Dui . Y hasta el momento la represento, estuvo en su corte virtual, no siempre está ahí para contestar a todos, pero uno también debe informarse y saber cual es el siguiente paso sin estar esperando que todo le haga el abogado. Mi hermana tiene pronto su última corte donde sé que su asilo será aprobado. Después de largos 9 años ella me representa en un asilo, que muchos abogados nunca quisieron trabajar, y ahora yo también estoy en proceso, ella si defiende los derechos de las personas pero que realmente estén con un asilo verdadero.

She requested payment via Zelle to a non-profit organization ("Out of the Ashes Development Council") that appears to be permanently closed, rather than using a standard law office billing system that provides receipts. Most importantly, upon searching her background, we found that she has been disciplined by the State Bar on several occasions. It is deeply concerning to see a legal professional target vulnerable individuals with false hope and questionable billing practices. Recomiendo ejercer extrema precaución si está considerando a Vicky Currie para representación legal, particularmente para cualquier persona que se encuentre detenida. Vicky J Currie is the worst immigration attorney ever! She can't communicate doesn't return calls at all. She has been found guilty by the bar! Vicky gives false information about the application process nor does she give record of the application when requested. She is very unorganized. She is quick... to take your money yet doesn't give any receipt not even when asked. She states she speaks German and Spanish she doesn't speak spanish she has her receptionist translate. Vicky hires individuals who don't have a law background she even hired her son who himself was found guilty by lying about a case. She'll request payment and have her receptionist do the talking cause she can't speak spanish and she won't keep record of requesting the money she will lie and say her receptionist was requesting payments from her clients without her knowledge. Again never takes accountability! She'll relocate offices and not even inform her clients. She doesnt give any update about your case. Most certainly she takes advantage of those seeking any type of visa. Shes taking advantage of immigrants. I could only imagine how many individuals and families she has robbed in the last 30 years

Was very disappointed with service. Lost custody case (the other party was even abusive to me and she still lost) and during court the judge was even trying to tell her what she should have filed and what to file and she just wanted to argue with judge. It was horrible. But finally got my money back ...from her firm.
