Ross continues to be my go to attorney for traffic defense. He consistantly wins in the different jurisdictions that I have been sited in. From speeding to parking infractions, it doesn't matter what I bring him he wins! His track record is 100% in my book. I would send all my friends and family members to Ross for legal representation.

Ross defended me on a gun charge involving a road rage incident. The prosecutor was non-negotiable on reducing or dismissing the charges lodged against me after defending myself during a road rage incident. Ross demolished the credibility of the "victim" and clearly presented my side of the story
resulting in a quick and unanimous not guilty jury verdict. I'd highly recommend Ross he was well prepared, knew the law and expertly navigated the legal system which I found to be biased against gun owners.
Natalie Durflinger, DUI and DWI Attorney
I have worked closely with Ross since he joined our firm in the spring of 2013. Ross is an exceptional trial attorney. He is both confident and articulate in the courtroom and gets excellent results for our clients. He is also a strong negotiator who uses his thorough knowledge of the law to exploit any weaknesses in the state's case in order to obtain a favorable outcome. I strongly endorse Ross Brittain.
James Oliver, Personal injury Attorney
Relationship: Supervised lawyer
Ross Brittain is a solid and zealous advocate for his clients, and he goes the extra mile to win a good result. I first met Ross in 2010 when he was working for the Pierce County Prosecutor as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. He was tough to go against because he knows the law, and he's great in front of a jury. My business partner and I were impressed with Ross in and out of the courtroom. He's a great trial lawyer and an equally skilled negotiator who is able to quickly pick apart a case plan an attack. I knew I'd have a fight on my hands when Ross was prosecuting one of my clients. Nonetheless, he was always fair. A prosecutor is supposed to do "do justice", which means fairly evaluating a case and keeping sight of the fact that the defendant is a human being and not just some character in a police report. Our firm was so impressed with him, that we offered him his current job. I'm happy he came to work with us, and our clients are happy to have a legal brawler to help them.
