Worse representation I ever witnessed
Rude, unresponsive and arrogant. In my opinion she did an extremely poor job representing her client. Our family is heartbroken we didn’t insist on a different attorney . Miss Carnell was appointed to represent our grandson. I tried to text her but she never responded
