I got into a auto accident that was not my fault, I got injured. I tried to settle with the insurance company on my own, but they tried to offer very little compensation for my injury. I called many attorneys to try and take my case, but because it was not a big money case, and because the 2 year tim...e limit for the case was close they did not want to take the case. I was rear ended in a construction zone, 2006 ford explorer w/ police package, miss that rig. totaled. had to have surgery, permanent damage to my shoulder. Geico issued bad checks, which got all my bank accounts frozen and force closed. Never did I receive a pip payment on time, Had to sell most ev...erything. I was cited at the scene, for no insurance and recklessly entering traffic. both dismissed as I had insurance and the witnesses could not be found ( cause their weren't any). Anyway Geico denied my claim, Rear ended in a construction zone, In Oregon state law says that if you are rear ended automatically it is not your fault. Not to mention the speeding through a construction zone, Strong gave me hope to be compensated for the year I lost, My credit, everything I had to sell ,Surgery, permanent damage to shoulder, Also not being able to go back to construction or lumber mill really hurt also. To be dropped over the phone at work, Do not trust or depend on this man. Do not put any faith in this man. Look elsewhere, If you want or need justice, this man will not get it for you
