I had two conversations with Eric who took the time to research and develop a strategically sound framework on my wrongful termination/disability discrimination case. He displayed compassion, passion (where other lawyers came across as more cautious/calm/detached), conveyed confidence in my case e...ven with knowing its "weaknesses" and appeared unafraid to pursue tougher claims. I ended up signing with another law firm who had a lot of positive reviews but who later expressed less confidence in proving causation for my pain and suffering claim. I reached back out to Eric, who was booked, much to my regret. I would advise others to not assume a lawyer with a lot of positive reviews is automatically the best fit, I wonder if some of these lawyers may have achieved their review quantity by taking easy cases and settling too early. I would highly recommend asking any and all lawyers tough questions on case valuation before signing an agreement, regardless of reviews. Eric valued my case and me as a potential client more than some other firms while offering more services. I believe him when he says he tends to do well in front of a jury based on his storytelling ability. I would highly recommend reaching out to Eric for your employment law needs as I believe he is tough and top notch.
