Emily Howlett

Emily Howlett is an attorney with Envision Family Law whose practice focuses exclusively on family law and domestic relations matters. With more than a decade of legal experience, she represents individuals and families throughout Washington State in a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, parenting plans, domestic violence protection orders, jurisdictional disputes, guardianships, and other complex family-related matters.

Emily brings a unique depth of experience to her family law practice. Throughout her career, she has represented clients in Washington State courts and Tribal courts throughout the Pacific Northwest, helping individuals navigate challenging legal issues involving domestic violence, dependency-related matters, elder abuse, At-Risk Youth petitions, and complex family structures. This diverse background allows her to approach family law matters with a comprehensive understanding of the legal, practical, and emotional challenges families often face.
