Brett is down-to-earth & Thorough - Glad we found him!

Making the decision to "give up" wasn't an easy one for my wife & I. The last thing anyone wants to do is admit they've made some very poor financial decisions. Little did we know that our poorest decision wasn't deciding to file but instead was in choosing the wrong attorney. We are living proof tha...t this decision is vital to coming out of the process with an ounce of dignity. We struggled for months with our previous attorney and were mocked at with statements like "turn in your membership to the country club" when we had no such thing. Instead, we piled on debt in order to take care of my aging parents and I'd do it again. We just couldn't recover after the economy crashing. After firing our previous attorney, we met with Brett who was straight forward and helped settle us. In short, he made us feel like we were human and recognize that the process isn't one that is easy but their is light at the end of the tunnel. Brett had a custom Chapter 13 put forth to align with our budget and in doing so really worked with us and more than anything he LISTENED. He informed us of what to expect and walked us through possible options - what a novel idea. If you want a professional law firm who is timely on their appointments, down-to-earth and straight forward, this is the law firm for you. If you want assembly line law firms then look elsewhere. Brett's firm is in a class in of itself. Period.
