Walker got me drug court even tho he said I sholdn't expect it sinse i had so many points. But he got it for me and I ended up keeping my job Bcuz of that. My mom talked with him almost everyday and she said that helped her help me. I have 2 kids and he went to work on the judge or prosicuter with th...at Bcuz my big problm was drugs 1st and no job. This was only the second time I saw him and i was mad Bcuz i was in jail all week end and never saw him but when i did he told me he didnt even now abt me till i was frst brogt out of the jail in the court. he told me that he didnt even have my papers yet but no to worry Bcuz hed read them when he got them. He did! and when he had every paper he said that he wold work until he had something to tell me. I worried Bcuz he didn't call me in jail but then he said he had but the jail woldn't let him throgh. I asked others and their said that he wold due good work. He did and I can be with my kids and mom talked to him all the time.

I was very disappointed by the lack of communication between Mr.walker and I. My case began. In June of 2013. My case wasn't much of a worry to me because i knew. That things would be alright. . My hopes were to get things sorted outas quickly as possible. So i could get back to life . The charge...s i. Have been faced with are all felonies and taken very seriously by the courts not to mention all placed a potential threat on my career in the nursing field and has been an inconvienience to my family in many ways. Richard walker failed to make it to our first appointment prior to my first court proceeding. I was unsure if i felt comfortable having him represent me in court if i couldnt rely on him to make it apointments i feel as think everyone appointed an atourney deserves. A fair and equal chance at proper representation and befor i ever got to meet with mr walker i requested substtution of counsil, which apeared to have been taken personal by mr walker rather then being professional about the situation. He from that point on had no communication with me . Was very short and seemed almost angry . Very stand offish and. Showed extreemly little interest in my case when. We crossed paths at court appearences. He is no longer reprsnting me and i would not recomend his services to anyone
