Fred Michael Misner

I hired Mr. Misner to handle my divorce. While he was knowledgable, once the fee was paid I did not hear from him regarding the status of my case. After numerous calls to his secretary that went unanswered, I reported Mr. Misner to the Washington State bar association. Only then, did he return the ca...ll and informed me that he had missed the court date for my trial, therefore negating any representation I had regarding property and financial claim. He refunded the retainer and offered to file a motion to stay the judgement, and I never heard back from him. He is a good salesman but he does not possess good follow through, trustworthy work ethic and certainly is not reliable when it comes to handling life altering decisions. I would not recommend retaining Mr. Misner. If you do, you will at your own risk.
