Evection During Governor Insley‘s Moratorium August thru September 2020
My family and I were so lucky and blessed to have met Scott Shoemaker and the lovely personnel of his office. They helped us in one of the most stressful and trying time of our lives. We purchased a duplex last year and rent it to the wrong type of people, and then COVID-19 happened. Now COVID-19 is stressful in itself, but because of the Evection Moratorium, landlords all across the UNITED STATES are struggling. Our tenants used our place as a homeless Airbnb and opium den. Scott helped us to stop the bleeding. When you find a great lawyer you stick with them and I want Scott to be our family lawyer, if you’ll have us? Thank you Mr Shoemaker for all the work you’ve done for us.
Scott is known for providing practical, results-driven counsel to clients. Scott engages his clients as strategic partners with a common understanding of the path to help them achieve their goals. Scott graduated from Stephen F. Austin state university in 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Thereafter, Scott attended Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating in 2004. While at Texas Tech, Scott served as editor-in-chief of the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal. Realizing his long-time dream to live in the pacific northwest, Scott was admitted to practice in Washington in 2017. Scott joined Ryan Montgomery & Armstrong in September 2017.
Scott is active in the Kitsap County community and serves on the Board of Directors in the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce and Silverdale Rotary. He enjoys hiking and camping with his family and friends. He lives in Silverdale with his wife, Aleena, and their children Ellie and Marshall.
