Brian M Anthoney

Constantly forgets to send you paperwork, puts you behind on all proceedings. He always said "My paralegal never sent that to you?" when asked and than would get the documents 2-3 days later still. He was always on "travel", hard to reach. Simply by the book and willing to give as much to the other p...erson and will do bare bones to support you. Overall wish I would of hired one that actually cared and would inform me of things. I had to wait 30 days to even get paperwork that the court case was done and that is cause I asked for them. I was never going to be told or sent any documents on it otherwise. EDIT: Before he comments. Please take note. I am not the first person to complain about it. It is a business he will claim it doesn't represent fair review. Others said same as i did above.

Every penny I spent to the tune of $1000s with Brian Anthoney was wasted money. He failed me every which way possible. When I fired him for failing me he failed - again - to officially release himself as my attorney with the court. My next attorney had to do his job for him and get him officially rel...eased. To top it off, 5 months after another lawyer had to do Anthoney's job for him, he sent me a bill for $1100. 5 months later. Huh? What? Out of the blue, 5 months later. So when other reviews claim he isnt exactly on top of it and fails his clients, they couldn't be more correct. Brian Anthoney lacks intestinal fortitude and allows opposing council to intimidate him. He doesn't have the slightest clue as to how to stand up for his client. He caves every step of the way to the other side. Brian Anthoney doesn't understand the concept of medical privacy or a client's strong need to maintain it. He has no issue with his client's medical records possibly being made public by including them in public court proceedings. At one point, he inferred he felt sorry for my exwife. That's when I knew our relationship was coming to an end. Find another lawyer. These are not the lawyers you're looking for.
