Divorce case
Mr. Payne and Roxanne were a complete godsend to me in a very difficult situation. They went above and beyond and made sure that I was not being taken advantage of by the opposing side. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough for everything they did for me! They took a very difficult and confusing situation and made sure that I understood everything and felt as comfortable as possible!

Divorce Case
I cannot say enough good things in one review about Mr Payne and his Office Manager, Roxanne. They took my overly complicated and highly litigated family law case and completely simplified it down to the few actual important points. Mr Payne went to bat for me immediately to stop the bullying that was happening in my case. When I traveled to town for a very intimidating trial, Mr Payne and Roxanne went out of their way to address the safety concerns I had, and made sure my stay was comfortable. While I was in town alone, they made me feel like family. I could not have gotten through this case without them. Highly supportive, but also highly professional at the same time. Mr Payne is very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The best attorney I’ve ever used.
Over my lifetime I have retained a number of attorneys and William Payne is hands down the best attorney I have ever used. He’s professional, intelligent and easy to talk to. I especially appreciate his strong communication skills and his ability to clearly answer any of my questions in a way I understand. I feel confident that he is on my side when representing me. It has been a real blessing to have him with me during interviews, where I would other wise be uncomfortable and nervous.

The Best Legal Service in Sequim/Port Angeles/Clallam County
I retained Will Payne twice in 2018 and believe he is the best attorney in the area. Payne is professional and extremely intelligent and effective. His support staff, especially Roxanne, is responsive and caring. I originally hired Payne after having to fire another well-known attorney in the Port Angeles area who was unwilling to return any phone calls. I would recommend this decision to others for superior communication and effective results. Payne is an effective negotiator and provides individualized service to his clients at an incredibly reasonable/competitive cost.

Mr Payne was super awesome extremely helpful and especially patient with me trying to figure out how to get through my divorce he also followed up with me later to make sure everything went well definitely recommend him

Business agreement
Will listened to what our intent was for the business agreement. He inserted language to protect our company. He was prompt and professional. I would recommend Will without hesitation.

William Payne is a lawyer that is willing to fight for his clients rights.
I retained Will as a lawyer after being harassed by the prosecutor’s office. My case was small however Will did not treat it as such. I would definitely hire Will for any type of criminal matter as I was very satisfied with the service that he gave me. Will promptly returned all of my phone calls, emails and text messages. He made it clear that I was his number one priority and at no time did I doubt that he was on my side and looking out for my best interest. Will displayed a great deal of confidence in his abilities and also demonstrated that he knows the law very well. Will always acted and dressed in a professional manner. I strongly recommend talking to Will about your legal issues. He is a very good lawyer who is willing to fight for his clients and their rights.

Helped with a Racing ticket!
Out of all the lawyers we have dealt with he was by far the most helpful lawyer. We have nothing negative to say about him.I had a horrible driving record like really really bad the judge was not gonna bend on 10 days in jail but i only ended up having to spend 4 days.I feel he really cared. He is a great example for what a lawyer should be like! Choose him you won't regret it.
