Sara McCulloch provides legal services in the areas of Guardianship, Probate, and Elder Law. Sara is thorough, dedicated, prompt, and committed to providing excellent legal services to her clients.
Sara McCulloch lived on Bainbridge Island for over 20 years, but recently moved to Seabeck, Washington. She studied law at Boston College Law School and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Western Washington University.
Ms. McCulloch's private law practice focuses on guardianship, probate, and elder law. She enjoys using her legal skills to help clients plan for the future and navigate the legal process during difficult times. Ms. McCulloch belongs to a number of organizations dedicated to these practice areas: the King County Bar Association's Elder Law Section; the Washington State Bar Association's Probate & Real Property and Elder Law Sections; and the Kitsap County Bar Association.
Ms. McCulloch has dedicated most of her career to public interest law, helping crime victims and other vulnerable people. She is passionate about making our justice system easier to navigate for all people, but especially those who suffer from mental health issues, addiction, and poverty. Ms. McCulloch served as the Presiding Judge at the Bainbridge Island Municipal Court for 10 years and a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the King County Prosecutor's Office for thirteen years, handling cases involving sexual assault, domestic violence, and other felony crimes.

Judge Sara
Sara is reasonable, compassionate and fair. Plus she has a wry sense of humor. She presided over a civil dispute (twice) between me and a former neighbor and was amazing. Full disclosure..no consultation; again she is also a judge and presided over my case.
