Review

She agreed with me in the beginning that my case should just need a Judgement on a promissory note,(simple right?) The note hadn't been paid on for over a year. She first told me that the element of surprise was going to be her tactic. When she summonsed him, she failed to send the note with the summ...ons, so much for the element of surprise. She then resent it with the promissory note, what she did from there is sketchy, wrong case #was next. I told her that all my money was tied up in the note, which clearly states that if he fails to pay and I have to seek legal council, he is responsible for payment. She and I did discuss this and I thought it was clear to her. One and a half years later and the day before my first court date, she quits! The bills keep coming in from her and now she has left him the opportunity to to complicate things with all the time that has passed and the money he made from my note, that any lawyer wants up to $20K just for taking the case. There where stocks associated with the note that I was also supposed to receive back in 2011. I told her of my financial hardships from the beginning, but when she clearly made it known that she wouldn't do a thing, unless I pay her now, I told her of my son being diagnosed with cancer. She didn't bat an eye, and I think the person who owes on the note also took this major hardship in our life as an opportunity to steal the money. I think she is as bad as he is. I have a lady attorney that has asked her for my file and she didn't even send a reply back. I also went to her for my documents. She gave me a few , and called me 10 min. later and told me she had more, so I went back a got a few more. When this new attorney asked me for everything I had from her, I said that was all. She convinced me there had to be more, I went to the courthouse and copied over 70 more documents, I have no idea what they all mean. I don't even know if I have a case anymore, she really screwed things up in my life. I guess I would worn you, that if a case is over her head she simply bails. So make sure if you do hire her you don't mind the $ out the window, with serious risk involved. She like many lawyer's and people in general, fall into that bad Karma category to me, I only know goodness will prevail, and so will my son!

The Best of the Best

She is hands down one of the best Court Room Attorneys you can have. She is tenacious, driven and fair. Peggy Ann has been a sit-in Judge and prosecutor and has taken such a proactive, personal interest in my case. She took from hopeless to a future with promise in less than a month. My case isn't fi...nished but I will say regardless that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER . I called, came in frequently and she didn't bill me for every visit or call given my current financial situation. I'm indebted to her for that!!!!!
