Dennis B. Casey

Dennis casey was supposed to file adoption papers soon as signed papers. Never did. I opted out the adoption. Never answered my calls until I found his email online and made a paper receipt. He and the supposed adoptive parents called cps on Me. But by the Grace of God cps only is requiring me to do ...an agreed family services instead of dragging me thru court. He's behind a scheme and hurting families. Be careful!!!!

Horrible attorney. Should be ashamed! Owes me an apology and my money back! Did absolutely NOTHING!!! I had to keep emailing and calling to get anything done! Paralegal never returns emails or phone calls unless it's looking for more money. I had to keep attorney informed of my own case! NO CLUE! Sp...ent a bunch of money and did NOT fight for me or stand up for me, let alone listen to my concerns before or after trial. WHAT A JOKE! Spend your money elsewhere and PLEASE do your research!! Stay away from this attorney.

From the first time I called the office of Dennis Casey, We were taken back by how caring he was as well as his Paralegal, Lenita. Both were wonderful to work with as we live in MN, and they kept us in the loop about everything and made us feel secure that they were handling everything. From that fir...st call to ask about potentially hiring them, to our last call about our adoption being finalized they were wonderful! Very personable, friendly, professional and were really there for us and cared! Once we arrived in WA, Dennis met us at the hospital and had all the paperwork in order so we didn't have to worry. Lenita was AMAZING at keeping us updated on the ICPC clearance, and letting us know what they were doing at all times. Never once did we worry about things, as we had 100% trust in the office of Dennis Casey, and would love to work with them again! We highly recommend they to anyone looking to hire an adoption lawyer, as he is truly the BEST!!! (We had called 3 other offices but when we called Dennis's office we knew he was the lawyer for us. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Lenita is great too...she really cares about the clients and will make you feel at ease! She is GREAT!!!)

Attorney Dennis Casey was hired for my Parenting Plan modification in October of 2010. I paid him $2500.00. He told me that for the amount I paid him, he would prepare for a 10-28 court date and represent me. He would also include child support in the parenting plan modification. There was no hourly... rate mentioned. Dennis was extremely sloppy in handling my court date of 10-28. He didn't include any evidence I gave him, and he forgot pertinent information during court (which I'm still cleaning up the mess). The most angering aspect of this matter is he was supposed to handle the child support. He didn't. I called him for a week about it, and he never called me back. I went into his office, and he said that I owed him another $1000. I refused. I wanted him to do what he agreed to doing which included the child support modification. He did withdraw from my case on 11-10-2010. He sent me a bill and then charged me for working on the child support papers which I never saw.
