Waste of time and money. Jermey has a pessimistic attitude and was regularly rude when speaking to me. He neglected to file the motions that I requested of him on multiple occasions and was completely ineffective. He never fought for me and acted as if there was no hope for my case. I couldn't be mor...e disappointed in him and highly recommend not hiring him.

Ex ambushed me over Christmas holiday after taking all my money... Didn't see it coming. Almost couldn't get an attorney in time, really just lucked out finding him. But I doubt I could have found better had I the entire time to do so. What can I say? It's a horrible situation all around but he ...really made it as painless as could be and here three years later I still feel he did a great job and couldn't ask for more. In addition to simply handling it like a pro, he made sure I was set for after the divorce and when my ex tried to sell the house from under me and break contract, he promptly notified her things were just getting started if she wanted to go that way. She didn't. He's awesome and someone you want in your corner. Saved me thousands by reaching an agreement with an unreasonable person too.

I know what you are thinking when you see a 5 star rating in all categories. "This person didn't pay much attention to the ratings and just gave all 5's." I looked hard at each category to try and find something to not give an "Excellent" review of. There simply wasn't anything. Jeremy is just that, ...a 5 star Attorney. Both Jeremy and his legal team are amazing. The best thing about Jeremy is he is not afraid to tell you the truth. When it came to my case, that is what I needed. Someone to tell me when I WAS entitled to something, but also to tell me when what I was asking for was unreasonable. By using this approach, after only a few hearings it became clear to the court that "I" was the reasonable parent and I feel that earned me favor with the court. In a state where it is very difficult for the father to get their rights recognized, it was crucial I had the right team in my corner fighting for me. Jeremy and his team went far, far beyond any expectation I would have had from an attorney. His team was respectful, advised me accurately, ALWAYS responded to me in a timely manner (rare from an attorney - especially with as much as I communicate), but most importantly, they knew the law and fought hard for me. Because of Jeremy and his team, I get to see my kids every month when it could have been much, much worse. All I can say is that if you are looking for a family law lawyer in the Pierce County area, they don't get any better than Jeremy. Although I know he has many, many cases juggles constantly, he always made me feel like my case was the highest priority for him. **Thank you Jeremy, Kayla and the whole Campbelle, Dille, Barnett and Smith team for securing my ability to see my kids.
