Hillary Ann Holmes

Hillary was recommended to me when my divorce became too complex and high conflict. Hillary was professional, understanding and amazing at all of our hearings and then at our trial. She is incredibly smart and knows the ins and outs of the law, is always prepared, and pays great attention to detail...s. She is a warrior who fought hard for me and my kids and I would highly recommend her as being the best and was able to work miracles for us!

Unfortunately my divorce was less than amicable. I started with a different attorney and at my initial divorce hearing I was the one ordered out of the family home and ordered to pay full child support with 50/50 custody. I'm not saying it was my previous attorney's fault I was ordered to move out an...d pay child support, but that is what was handed to Hillary to help me with. She is very smart and worked very hard to build our case. I found the wheels of justice move very slow, but it was a slow steady process with Hillary. After 3 court dates Hillary was able to get my temporary orders (me being ordered out of the family home, 50/50 custody and me paying full child support) reversed. In the final court case (just over 7 months after the original temporary orders were given) I was granted full custody of my kids, my ex was ordered to pay me child support, and I was granted to be able to move back in the family home. It was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot thank Hillary and Renee enough. They worked so hard and put a lot into this case to help me. I feel beyond blessed for what Hillary did for my little family.

After hiring a terrible lawyer there was a huge hole dug for Hillary to work out of. Hillary did just that. She was very methodical and knew what she had to do. Because of crap thst my ex kept trying to pull it took 2 years but in the end this dad got 50% custody. She was fabulous through the w...hole process. Yelling at me when I needed it, motivating me when I needed it, and always staying focused on what we needed to do. In court it was obvious that she really spent time with my case. It was also very obvious that she cared about My family and me. It is fun to watch her In court because of how quick witted she is and how she has a game plan . If you need a lawyer Hillary needs to be your first choice. Thank you Hillary for all you have done.

Hillary has been my attorney for almost six years. She is always supportive and very honest with me.
