My divorce was stressful, unfair. My ex was manipulative, deceitful, etc. Did I have my problems, yes, although Sarah kept me in line and made sure I expressed my thoughts/qualms. She is a good listener. Ok now the cons, expensive? Yes, for me at the time although, when she is in your case, she is a ...shark. If you are looking for someone to "win" your case? Find joe blow lawyer. If you NEED a shark as I did, well you are going to pay. I had a Joe blow lawyer, gave me the run around and bc I was naive, I wasted time and got screwed bc I was not a "big" client. I retained Sarah, what took months, I got back in 2 weeks of retainer. Bottom line, you want to win? You will have to pay for your freedom. Let that sink in.

I hired Sarah for a relatively complex divorce that was amicable. I needed help with the complexity, not with dealing with my ex. She is caring and will listen but unfortunately she used information I shared with her against my ex to turn the divorce contentious and then deflected blame for it taki...ng so long. It also took far longer then needed because she takes on too many clients at a time and was regularly unresponsive.

I found Sarah's advise to be sound. I'm way better off than I thought I would be one year post divorce. She was brutally honest. When the divorce turned difficult and was no longer collaborative, she continued to represent me. She could have abandoned me and did not. She was available over the p...hone almost always. She is a four star because of communication issues with filing more continuances than I agreed to. But I would use her again.
