About me

My practice provides clients with personal legal services in estate planning, real estate and business planning. I use a non-traditional style of doing business that is designed to meet clients' needs when they arise, through responsiveness and efficient, one-on-one communication.

I'm a Missouri Tiger, having graduated from the University of Missouri, with a BS in Business Administration in 1992 and my JD in 1995.  I'm often asked how I ended up in Poulsbo.  It's a long story, but for starters, check the heat index in Missouri in August and the wind chill factor in February.

I enjoy the practice of law, but I love my family.  Thankfully, my office in Poulsbo is but a few stop signs from our home overlooking Liberty Bay and near Lions Park. This means I can spend more time with my wife, Nicki, and our daughters, Peyton and Lili, instead of commuting several hours each week in my car or on the ferry.  My use of technology allows me to be flexible for my family and client needs, remaining mobile while not out of reach.

  • Lee Tucker

Lincoln guided me in the formation of my law practice several years ago and was instrumental in my success in opening up my law practice. He is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of business formation and knows the law very well. He is also my family's estate planning attorney and we feel very lucky to have him guiding us for the security of our children's future. Lincoln has the highest integrity of any attorney I know. He is a very well liked and respected attorney in our community and I feel very lucky to know him and work with him. I highly endorse Lincoln.
