My practice provides clients with personal legal services in estate planning, real estate and business planning. I use a non-traditional style of doing business that is designed to meet clients' needs when they arise, through responsiveness and efficient, one-on-one communication.

I'm a Missouri Tiger, having graduated from the University of Missouri, with a BS in Business Administration in 1992 and my JD in 1995. I'm often asked how I ended up in Poulsbo. It's a long story, but for starters, check the heat index in Missouri in August and the wind chill factor in February.
I enjoy the practice of law, but I love my family. Consequently, I work from both my commerical office in Poulsbo and my home office in Seattle, as this allows me to be available for my family, instead of commuting several hours daily in my car or on the ferry. A normal work week for me finds me in Poulsbo two to three days each week on average. Those days are spent primarily meeting with clients or in court. Because I'm often returning home on the Winslow ferry, it's not uncommon for me to schedule meetings with Bainbridge clients at their home or place of business at the end of a day. My days in my home office are production days where I'm preparing work product for clients. However, my use of technology allows me to be flexible for client needs, remaining available to clients for phone calls or Skype meetings.

Lincoln is very professional and a great lawyer. I somehow feel like I am his only client when talking with him - he never says he will have to review my file and get back to me. He can remember the details of my specific situation with great ease. He is also very responsive both via phone and ema...

Lincoln provided outstanding advice when I sold my home making the sale much easier. He always reponsded rapidly to my qestions. I moved to another state wh...

I've worked with Lincoln Miller for many years and always find him to be very knowledgable and understanding of what my needs are. Many years ago another attorney told me that his goal is that I should feel that I am his only client: Lincoln is the only attorney I've used since that makes me feel th...

"Lincoln guided me in the formation of my law practice several years ago and was instrumental in my success in opening up my law practice. He is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of business formation and knows the law very well. He is also my family's estate planning attorney and we feel very lucky to have him guiding us for the security of our children's future. Lincoln has the highest integrity of any attorney I know. He is a very well liked and respected attorney in our community and I feel very lucky to know him and work with him. I highly endorse Lincoln."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Lincoln is experienced, sharp, an excellent advocate for his clients, and creative in exploring resolutions for disputes."
