My practice provides clients with personal legal services in estate planning, real estate and business planning. I use a non-traditional style of doing business that is designed to meet clients' needs when they arise, through responsiveness and efficient, one-on-one communication.
---
I'm a Missouri Tiger, having graduated from the University of Missouri, with a BS in Business Administration in 1992 and my JD in 1995. I'm often asked how I ended up in Poulsbo. It's a long story, but for starters, check the heat index in Missouri in August and the wind chill factor in February.
I enjoy the practice of law, but I love my family. Consequently, I work from both my commerical office in Poulsbo and my home office in Seattle, as this allows me to be available for my family, instead of commuting several hours daily in my car or on the ferry. A normal work week for me finds me in Poulsbo two to three days each week on average. Those days are spent primarily meeting with clients or in court. Because I'm often returning home on the Winslow ferry, it's not uncommon for me to schedule meetings with Bainbridge clients at their home or place of business at the end of a day. My days in my home office are production days where I'm preparing work product for clients. However, my use of technology allows me to be flexible for client needs, remaining available to clients for phone calls or Skype meetings.

Relationship: Other
Lincoln guided me in the formation of my law practice several years ago and was instrumental in my success in opening up my law practice. He is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of business formation and knows the law very well. He is also my family's estate planning attorney and we feel very lucky to have him guiding us for the security of our children's future. Lincoln has the highest integrity of any attorney I know. He is a very well liked and respected attorney in our community and I feel very lucky to know him and work with him. I highly endorse Lincoln.
