Justus Fredrick Kandoll

I had Justus as a public defender for a dui case and then I got a dwls. They appointed me a different lawyer but I ended up switching back to him because he was confident we could get it amended down and I'm glad I did. He's very confident in his work! Seems to care a lot about what he does and his ...clients.

This was my first criminal charge. A dui and i had no idea of the terms or how to go about it. I finally got ahold of Justus as my attorney for mason county and one of the only few. He was knowledgeable and able to explain to me the steps and how it could go. He got it turned down to reckless drivi...ng. I am very please and thankful for his good work.

I was arrested for a DUI in April. I called Justus the night of the arrest and he talked me through the process. He visited me in jail to gather information and explain the process for me, which already, was above and beyond what I would expect from an attorney. The case/trial was pushed back twice, ...but he was very good at explaining the process and what I could do to make a better case. He provided me with all of the resources needed to get me through the process. Less than 2 months after the arrest, Justus was able to convince the judge/prosecutor to give me a PDA to negligent driving! He was helpful, supportive, and a great resource for finding the help I needed through this difficult time.
