Justus Fredrick Kandoll

What an incredible experience it was to have Mr. Justus Kandoll from Sound Defenders represent me . Personally, I went into this situation a little skeptical utilizing a "court-appointed" attorney due to the severity of my charges; DUI, obstructing an officer and resisting arrest. However, because ...of the meticulous and persistent work done by Mr. Kandoll he was able to clearly and concisely identify multiple violations that resulted in the complete dismissal of all my charges with prejudice! Mr. Kandoll carried himself with professionalism through and through. Armed with years of experience an array of detailed knowledge is why I would highly recommend anyone seeking a competent attorney to handle their legal affairs to take a hard look at Mr. Kandoll. As I said before, I was skeptical walking into this situation. From hearing nightmare stories from friends about past experiences with other "court-appointed" attorneys. I had my reservations. However after everything was all said and done , I walked out of that courtroom not only as a Freeman with my head held high with great satisfaction but also with a new friend. Thank you, Justus! I had gotten a physical control of a motor vehicle charge back in December of 2019 . I was formally charged in February of 2020 and had a different lawyer for the first year and a half of the case who advised me that I would probably end up having to plead guilty to this or possibly a lower driving c...harge but either way I would lose my license as well as have a large load of court fees & fines and be required a breathalyzer/sr22 insurance if I could afford it and wanted to drive .A year and a half later around October of 2021 my lawyer changed to Justus Kandoll and that’s when things started to change . Mr. Kandoll told me on the first phone call that we had together that he thought I had a good defense to the charge because I was safety off the road and that we would stand a good chance in trail and we moved forward with the agreement that we would take this to trail. It’s now January 28th 2022 and I received great news today that the prosecutor decided to dismiss the case and the judge has signed the motion to dismiss. This charge has been on my mind for about 2-3 years now and within a couple months Mr. Kandoll helped me finally close this case and gave me a certainty and peace of mind I haven’t had in almost 3 years given that I didn’t know if I would be able to keep my license or even afford the conditions under which I would need to be able to drive my kids to school . I can now move forward with my life and I give a huge thanks to Mr. Kandoll for helping me in this uncertain time in my life . He will definitely be someone I recommend to anyone who needs help in a dui or criminal case in the future. Thank you Mr Kandoll for all your help .

I was arrested for DUI and DWLS 3. Justus was thorough, helpful, and explained things in a manner in which I could understand. I felt as though he really cared about me and the outcome of my case. He navigated the scene and was able to point out several issues with the field sobriety tests that were ...administered which showed me that he really did his homework prior to pre-trial. I was really nervous about facing jail time; however, Justus was able to make sure this didn’t happen. Thank you Justus for working hard on my case and helping me keep my freedom!
