Justus Fredrick Kandoll

Ran into some legal troubles, called Justus the next day. He explained the process and advised what would happen and what steps I should take. Was on top of things the whole way through and went out of his way to make sure I knew what was going on and sent me reminders about court dates and deadlin...es. I sincerely hope I never require his services again, but would not hesitate should the need ever arise. If you find yourself in some legal troubles... just call Justus :-)

I was arrested for a DUI in April. I called Justus the night of the arrest and he talked me through the process. He visited me in jail to gather information and explain the process for me, which already, was above and beyond what I would expect from an attorney. The case/trial was pushed back twice, ...but he was very good at explaining the process and what I could do to make a better case. He provided me with all of the resources needed to get me through the process. Less than 2 months after the arrest, Justus was able to convince the judge/prosecutor to give me a PDA to negligent driving! He was helpful, supportive, and a great resource for finding the help I needed through this difficult time.

Justus won my case which i had been fighting for over 2 years. my previous lawyer had stopped working for me without notice and was replaced. Justus worked hard on my case, making sure he could do the best job possible. he was aggressive in the courtroom and works with passion, not something you see ...a lot of anymore.

Justus Kandoll was a good experience for me which I cannot say for many lawyers. He did a lot of leg work and researched a lot of case law. He kept me abreast of developments as they occured. He was able to get one charge dropped and the other reduced. It seemed like he actually cared which is a good... but rare quality in a lawyer. I cannot say enough about Justus Kandoll.
