Extremely Talented

Mr. Hill was extremely professional and expeditious in handling my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Additionally, he was able to get a huge settlement from the IRS for me. Last...all of this was done for me at a very affordable cost. No hesitation in recommending David Hill to any and all.

Best Bankruptcy Lawyer In Kitsap

The only reason i am not giving his office 5 stars is because the receptionist acts like you are inconveniencing her and the legal assistant loses paperwork. I did not enjoy interacting with either of them. The original receptionist was so much nicer. David was fantastic and worth every penny. He ...was very knowledgeable and put my fears at ease. I would recommend him to anyone facing bankruptcy.

Best service in Port Orchard

I was nervous about the bankruptcy process, but Mr. Hill was able to put my mind at ease. His decades of experience was very comforting. If you are faced with the dreaded decision of bankruptcy, you owe it to yourself to sit on the other side of Mr. Hill's desk. At the point where you realize you hav...e no other option, the last thing you want to hear is that you need $1,600 before you can go any further. Thankfully, Mr. Hill takes payments (it saved my bacon). One thing that really stood out was how the "Hill team" was always available, emails where answered that day, or first thing in the morning. If you are reading this contemplating bankruptcy, take it from a guy who has gone through the process, It will be over before you know it. Thank you Mr. Hill for your service.

Excellent Bankruptcy Attorney, Especially the Hard Cases

David Hill handled my extremely difficult 2 bankruptcy cases concurrently in a professional matter. Neither were easy cases. He managed to prove invaluable when standing up for us against steep odds and negotiating when that was needed. I felt confident having his representation and he was patient, d...iligent and quite personable. His associate helped us as well and was excellent to work with. It is not always possible to stay out of trouble. When you need an attorney willing to take on a challenge, David Hill is who you want. Very highly recommended.

David Hilll review

My wife and I hired David Hill to be our attourney in July 2008 to handle our chapter 13 Bankrupcy he went over everything we needed to know concerning chapter 13 the laws and what we could and coudnt do under chapter 13 bankrupcy. one of the first questions we had for David Hill was what if one or... both my wife and I had a change in wages during the chapter 13 plan the topic came up at least four times and David Hill said all four times said the same thing he would modify the plan with chapter 13 meaning we would get our payments lowered. two years into the plan my wife had $500.00 cut from her wages from cutbacks from her hospital we gave David Hill all the paperwork and check stubs proving this had occured and we needed to modify our plan with the chapter 13 office to get our payments lowered because 500.00 is a lot we wouldnt be able to pay our bills with that being mised from my wifes paycheck. it took David Hill three weeks to get back to us on this modification and lowering our payments with chapter 13 and he said there was nothing he could do when two years earlier he said there would be no problem to do this modification if there was any lost wages. So I contacted my chapter 13 case worker Janell and gave her the proof of my wifes lost wages and she said just looking at the plan she could save us $370.00 at least possibly more but you needed an attourney to do the proper work to get this done. My wife and I was very up set at David Hill so we told him he was no longer our attourney so we are in the process of hireing another attourney to do the work we need to get done to lower our payments do to my wifes lost income.

All we did was strip off the second mortgage and allow him to keep two overpriced vehicle loans. We can only modify a plan so far, but cannot drop the payment below his first mortgage payment and minimum car payments. After putting up with reams of paper filled with rambling threats, demands, and whining, we withdrew as his counsel. We are not required to put up with childish abuse.
