Mark Kevin Baumann

Over the course of 4 years I was taken to court twice over custody. Mark was superb at hand holding me during the most difficult experiences of my life. Emotional support, guidance, understanding, and relative material were provided to me while we worked on my case together. I was a part of the whole... process of creating a parenting plan. Baumann knows what your goal is, he works very hard towards that goal. I felt that Mr Baumann was Fair , Honest, and truly had his heart into the case. He knows you cant win them all, but puts his effort out their like you can.

Mark has strong skills in communication and conflict resolution. I came to him with a bad situation, he listened, was able to assess the situation and advise a solution. The solution was one that I would not have selected as my first choice on my own, but later I discovered, turned out to be the be...st choice I could have made for all involved. He helped me to realize my real priorities, pointed me in the direction of resources to accomplish my goals and gave guidance where needed. Through Mark’s council and mediation, and with time and patience on my part, my situation improved not only better than I expected, but better than I thought possible.
