I hired Kenneth for my Dads estate for a counter lawsuit for work not done and loss from it. He waited 11 months to even start our counterclaim. Then when he did he asked for another even more money $. Then he forwarded a email from the opposing attorney he was no longer my attorney and the oppos...ing attorney said he had been representation with the opposing party. He went back and forth about still representing my Dads case as the contractor had forged my dad’s signature on his contract he submitted against his estate. For collection along with a Handwriting expert report proving it. I was then left scrambling to find a new attorney to learn it would cost much more than the 7500.00$ I’d already paid Kenneth to fight the claim and the counter claim and learned by two other attorneys I met with that he had damaged my countersuit because Kenneth had not started it when I hired him almost a year prior. Dealing with the loss of one’s Dad is already hard. Dealing with an attorney who lies to you and takes from the estate with his conflict of interest he knew and didn’t disclose until after he made his money was beyond hurtful. I wouldn’t recommend him as he does not back up what he says or promises. Do yourself a big favor and hire someone else for your case.
