Review of performance as estate attorney for my brother during probate

When my brother died in May 2016, I contacted Glen Pszczola about helping me as executor to divide my brother's estate between his son and daughter. The case was made much more difficult by the animosity between the heirs and the fact that the son is mentally unstable. Unfortunately my brother had...n't completed the process of designating his beneficiaries for a large investment account, and consequently that account went into probate. Also he left his house to his two children as joint owners, and they couldn't agree on what to do with it. Glen crafted an agreement for the son to buy the daughter's half of the home, but they couldn't agree on a price. Through the processes of house negotiations and probate of the investment account, Glen proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable in addressing all estate legal issues. I was very grateful for his sound advice in areas where as a novice I could have made serious mistakes. Furthermore, in performing all his duties, he was extremely responsive and responsible. He clearly demonstrated a great ability to think outside the box as required for alternative approaches. Throughout this long probate case, made much longer by my nephew's belligerence, Glen demonstrated patience, perseverance, and a sincere desire to see that justice was served. I truly felt that I was more than just a client--over many months of working together through some extremely difficult situations we became friends, even though because of distance we never talked other than on the phone.
