Paul Revere, $17.3 million awarded for improper denial of disability benefits in McKendry v. General American, $16.5 million awarded to a disabled worker in Ace v. A native of New York, Rick received his B.S. from Antioch College in 1976 and his J.D. from Harvard University in 1979. He is licensed to practice in Alaska, Washington and California, but also regularly appears pro hac vice in other state and federal courts around the country.
