Sarah Whitney

Sarah Whitney gives the first impression of being very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to our needs and to show a great deal of caring. She talks a great game one your first meeting, but when it time to follow through with filing with the required authority nothing gets done . and once fees a...re paid she no longer had any commutation with us to inform us what was happening , and when asked what was going on with our case she just said she had not heard from anyone yet. I don’t recommend her as an attorney and in the end you pay for her not following through.

Ms. Whitney gives the impression of being eager and willing to help. She seems to know laws fairly well, and talks a good game face to face, but when it comes to paperwork and going to court she lacks tremendously. She has missed important deadlines and had my case dismissed. She has also, forgotten ...paperwork for court, and her excuse was just that, "I forgot". I would not recommend her as an attorney. she does not prioritize well, and in the end, you pay for her mistakes.

I would never recommend Sarah to anyone she is horrible, unprofessional, never got things done EVER! Made us look stupid in court, never knew our court dates so we would show up on the wrong date! Never called to keep us informed and never returned calls In a timely manner we had her for a family law... case custody/ parenting plan she knows nothing about family law please please do not make the same mistake we did by hiring her!!!!

I hired Sarah to represent me. She doenst have an office. her address is a mailbox. she answers her phone at first and then quits responding. She does not give information timely, i have proof of what i am saying. She has delayed to the point i had to request her to withdraw and am hiring another law...yer. She has had 7 months to get requests for information and subpoenas together. She was way over her head representing me. telling me she had a subpoena and when i pressured her to show me she said she didnt get it certified, a month after saying she had it. I am out $5,000 due to Sarah not following through. if you do hire her, at the first sign of a delay, i would drop her and get someone else. She is a nice person, but when it comes to getting things done, she has let vital things slip.
