Dan was so fantastic to work with. I did my homework before contacting him regarding the need to file for bankruptcy. He got on the phone with me and spent 20 minutes talking through things before I even gave him my name. I met with him shortly thereafter, and the process was started immediately. ... Being new to that situation (needing a lawyer, filing for bankruptcy, etc), I was unsure of what to expect - I don't know if this is the "norm" or not, but Dan was very communicative via phone and email, and sometimes even responded on weekends to emails that I sent. When I had questions, he always answered them clearly so that I could understand what was going on. Even months later, when another question relating to the bankruptcy came up, he continued to reply to me quickly and answer questions. I would (and have) recommend him to others. He took a situation that was tough for me, and made it so much less stressful. I will be forever grateful.
