We initially consulted and then took a leap of faith in hiring Anahita to help us with our application for permanent residency under the investor program. Anahita provided us with excellent service and I would like to make the following observations: 1. She is very knowledgeable in immigration law -...- there wasn't a question she didn't know the answer to off the top of her head. I couldn't flummox her. 2. She helped us with asking questions during our due diligence process around the investment opportunity. 3. While our source of funds was mostly straightforward, we did have a small percentage that came from across the border -- that posed no challenge to Anahita, who was able to track down every single dollar as part of our investment and clearly document it. 4. She diligently compiled our application package, which ran over 600+ pages long before it was submitted to the USCIS 5. Our I-526 application was finally approved in about 20 months, along with our EADs and AP travel documents. We did not receive a single RFE, which is a testament to Anahita's ability and track record. 6. Throughout the entire process, she was always within reach -- any text would be answered within a few minutes and that was very reassuring. And did I mention, her rates are competitive! Anahita has raised the bar for competent legal professionals in the immigration process for investors.
