Anahita is one of the very the best attorneys I have ever been working with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the US immigration process and easy to work with. Anahita is also very responsive anytime we have had a need of communication for questions etc, Answers comes within minutes, if not seco...nds. Me and my family came to the US on E2 visas in 2021, and when our visas were soon to expire in 2022, we decided to try to find a way to become permanent residents instead of continuing renewing the E2’s. We started to look at different EB-5 investment projects and got in contact with Anahita, who at a start assisted us in the process of choosing what project to invest in. Our green cards were issued in July 2024, so that was less than 2 years from our application and less than the expected wait time was at the time of our application. After getting sick of never-ending pain with H1/H4/EAD renewals, I finally started researching EB-5 options and came across EB5-AN.
