I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the services of Mr. Attila Denes. I was having a dispute with my Home Owner’s Association Leadership and their refusal to share important information with the Residents of the HOA. Attorney Denes sent the HOA Leadership a “Demand” letter, in...sisting the Leadership immediately release the information or face litigation. After I provided Mr. Denes some basic information, he drafted a magnificent letter within three business days and delivered it within four business days. One day after Attorney Denes’ letter, the HOA Leadership arranged for letters to be hand delivered to me and all of my neighbors, containing the critical information we were seeking. Attorney Denes was effective, courteous and professional. He provided guidance and assistance above and beyond my original request, but not above his original quote which was quite reasonable. I will use him again should then need arise. I highly recommend him to friends and others.

I have had many dealings with Attila over the years and know him very well. He is an "honest" lawyer, even though many may consider such term an oxymoron. He tells you exactly what your options are from the start. Unlike many lawyers he does not promise the moon in the beginning to sign you up ...and then deliver very little. He gives you the real story with no sugar-coating and tells you what your options are. He then informs you of the possible outcomes for each of the options. At that point he lets you decide the course of action without leading you to the most expensive option. You are always a crucial part of the decision making process and in the driving seat and he is always there to help you with his vast knowledge and court experience. His billings are more than fair. He does not typically charge you for every email or phone call. Majority of lawyers out there are looking for an excuse to charge you and run up your bill, Attila does not operate that way. I have scrutinized his billing closely and found to be billed very fairly. I trust him completely when it comes to his billing habits. I recommend Attila as an honest lawyer who will represent you to the best of his abilities. You cannot go wrong with him. He has become an indispensable part of my legal life in almost every area. I even relay on him to recommend lawyers when I need one for matters which are outside of his practice expertise.

I contacted Attila to handle a speeding ticket. He explained what would happen, and that, hopefully, the ticket would would be dismissed. From the point I engaged his services, I didn't have to do anything beyond providing his reasonable fee- he handled the response to the court, and represented me... without my needing to be there, and the ticket was dismissed.
