I am dedicated to helping my clients, whether they've been injured in an accident, are facing surmounting debt, or are owed money by a bankrupt debtor.

I understand that by the time my clients come to me for help, they have faced serious difficulty and stress.  I am passionate about making the process as easy and as stress-free as possible.  I do this by keeping my clients up-to-date through any mode that is convenient to my clients, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails and texts. While some people may feel lost in the shuffle at other law firms, my clients appreciate the first-class and personalized service that they receive from me and my staff.

I have represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in hundreds of bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings.  I have an in-depth knowledge of and passion for bankruptcy law, which is reflected in the results that I obtain for my clients.  

I also have a successful track record in a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, horseback riding accidents, foreign objects in food, and slip and fall accidents.

When I am not in the office helping my clients, I enjoy yoga, boating, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
