Mr. Schuh has over 20 years of legal experience. He takes pride in the work he does for clients from his Mount Vernon, Washington office. Prior to opening his office in Washington State, Mr. Schuh’s practice focused on defending the healthcare industry both as in-house counsel and in the law firm setting. Mr. Schuh served as Assistant General Counsel to one of the nation’s largest, publicly traded skilled nursing care providers. He was responsible for all litigation matters for the company, nationwide, and fulfilled other advisory capacities to the company. Prior to his in-house counsel position, Mr. Schuh was an attorney in private practice in California focusing on medical professional liability, elder abuse, general liability, product liability, construction defect and estate planning matters.
Mr. Schuh's practice is devoted to litigation and estate planning in addition to regulatory matters for thehealthcare and agribusiness industries.
