made it worse.
Mr. Witt came into the courtroom unprepared and grossly miss represtented my finances. Then he actually yelled at me in the hallway outside the courtroom and accused me of lying to him while dropping F bombs. Do not hire him.

Completely a waste of my money and time
We gave Mr. Witt a significant amount of money to start our case and explained to him that we would like to have these documents filed and the respondent served as soon as possible. He responded in three different emails and also during the consultation that the case would be filed in January. It ha...

Complacent
In my opinion... I had a Morgan Witt as an attorney. He failed to read my declarations and appeared to have adequate knowledge of my case during hearings. You can find better for cheaper. Keep looking

I do not like to post negitive feedback but..
I was not kept informed of the progress in my case. Was hard to get phone calls returned. He asked what i wanted but did not follow through with those requests. Overall, I was able to accomplish more on my own which was less costly and more timely.

Caring and honest
He spent a lot of time listening to me, I didnt feel rushed. He was writing alot down. I didnt really know what that meant. He kept me well informed about the impending trial. When trial arrived he was such a professional, he was direct and seemed even respected by the other atty. Needless to say we ...
