Old, UK, Guy is so out of touch with anything that is related to his job and the community he serves. Is only in it for a paycheck, doesn't actually care about helping people. Had absolutely zero knowledge of mental health issues, neurodivergence, and terms as related to the population he serves that... are most likely to have mental health issues, such as the following but not limited to; PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, going non-verbal, etc. Miscommunicated what I could and couldn't do as it related to a no contact order . This miscommunication resulted in more trauma and depression as I was not able to visit my then dying and now passed close family member (the person who raised me), as well as prevented me from attending the celebration of life. This continues to effect my mental health negatively. Only recently I learned that I could have visited and communicated with those family members as long as the person on the order wasn't there; this was NOT clear to me from our communications.
