We had a very difficult custody case, that had been ongoing for 3 years. Molly McPherson was recommended to us by previous clients along with an fellow attorney. Hiring this firm was the best decision we made! The entire team is easy to reach, returns calls and questions promptly and overall is a suc...cessfully run office. Molly is just the person we needed. She presented the facts, proved the law, she’s passionate, was aggressive when needed yet always maintained respect for the court. We have thanked her over and over but I don’t think she truly understands the warmth in our hearts she has given us, thank you Molly!! We truly appreciate everything you have done!! Molly is a phenomenal attorney! She is attentive and understanding of your needs. She is extremely knowledgeable of the laws in regards to custody and child support matters. Molly always gives honest answers to questions, I have no doubt that she is there to support me and has my best interest in mi...nd at all times. I have used Molly for seven years in a variety of custody and child support matters and she has never let me down. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Throughout the lengthy, and often complicated, family/gaurdianship matter, Molly and her staff kept me very informed and even when I personally was unresponsive (due to work and mail forwarding because I moved, etc) they were immediately responsive when I finally came to my decisions. The custody and... well being of your children is the most important thing in the world and Molly helped ease alot of anxiety and questions during the whole time. I would have been very much at a loss without her knowledge and professionalism. Molly is a loving parent herself and understands the importance of love in the home. I very very much thank her and her staff for all their patience with me, for all their work on the case, their time and help.

Giving this law firm one star is giving them one star too many. Unfortunately, my experience with them was costly and detrimental. Molly made numerous egregious errors and was indifferent about them. She was slow to respond to my concerns, and failed (in my view) to do a diligent job at representing ...me.

I hired Molly for a divorce. She was recommended by a friend. Not sure why. She didn't really do anything for me. My paperwork is all written incorrectly, so at some point I will have to go back and have it all redone correctly. She wouldn't get back to me. I always had to call them. Apparently she... doesn't work at all in the month of December. Also at some point, she decided to let her brother handle the case and not her anymore. When the paperwork would be submitted to my ex. She or he would write it and review it ($250) then give it to the other one to review it again (another ($250). I understand they charge for everything, but damn. Nevermind that when they would write it up, send it to me, stuff would be wrong. So I had to return it to be re-written. So I get charged the $500 again. But they kept changing stuff that didn't need to be changed. So they did this several times. I do not recommend her to anyone.
